Tuesday, May 13, 2008 13th May 2008 Hey everyone!!I decided that the schedule for last friday didn't work out because I got too bored...Plus I couldn't stay up all night..had Canon Expose the nxt day...didn't want to miss my chance to use all the expensive lenses...Some lenses even cost up to $11 399....and yours truly got to use it... cos she slept early...(not that early though... my early is 11/12 plus)...Went out yesterday...From 10.45am till 3.45pm...Met at orchard mrt...then went to kino...had so much books there... but I still couldn't find the three comic volumes i wanted...*Nvm.. Plaza is quite close too...* Me thinks...couldn't decide wat to have for lunch....went to cold storage to look for sushi but found...SQUARE watermelons instead...quickly whipped out our cameras and took evidence....square watermelons are so ex...But my friend said that she wanted to buy it...Me and my other friend talked her out of it...Decided not to eat sushi... went for Jap box set instead...treated my pal....Well, still Jap food anyways....bought lunch and sat by the water fountain to eat....After lunch went to taka....Couldn't find the present i had in mind...my fren also...Some sales lady so damn proud...Keep looking at us like we couldn't afford the stuff...Actual fact...We had already spent like $60 in kino and...still had more than a hundred bucks on us....plus our credit cards....Decided to leave anyways...Didn't want to buy anything from that proud woman...*Go comic connection in plaza...* While walking to the train station...got stop by some person who... forgot to ask for our age before conducting the interview....They needed 20 yr olds and above...-.-"So insulting...Do we even look so old?Plus we were behaving like 3 yr olds....*Sigh...ppl are desperate...*Got free newspaper....yay?Make us look even older...Anyway, we finally made our way to the mrt station...and it was so crowded...luckily we had the newspaper to...hit everyone in our way...lol...Arrived at plaza...our legs were so tired but we persevered.... and made our way to comics connecction...After half an hour of serious thinking....We finally bought our presents...But damn!They also didn't have the books I wanted...Ah... Too bad for me...Went to Spotlight and hid in a corner to sit and rest....One of my friend went crazy over wool......Didn't see anything nice to buy there...saw pillows though...my friend wanted to buy...plus the pillow was so huge...How to carry around the shopping centre when we shopped?Thankfully, she let that idea drop...saw e CJ7 toy in a shop...I went in and immediately bought it for my lil sis...Didn't even check the price until the counter person told me the price....well...anyway...it was really cheap...went to shop somemore and spent alot more money...My friend bought a head vibrating thingy...Dunno wats that so don't ask me to clarify...We also concluded that we should buy a friendship bunny each.....Note that there is one bunny without a nose...My friend said the bunny with the deffect was cuter and bought it...We decided that we really had nothing else to do...So we said our goodbyes and left...In total...We spent close to $200...Not too bad actually...Thought we would have spent more...Thankfully not...My friend's words of wisdom...."Money cannot buy happiness if you have nothing to buy."Very true...lol...Today, I've got no sch still....But I dun want tomorrow to come too soon...Going to see cameras later...:)Byez xx Lost in the music at 7:32 AM
